Some homes just have a way of making you slow down right from the start. This six bedroom lagoon villa in Sobha Hartland, part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, does exactly that. Even just walking up to it, you kind of feel the difference. Maybe it's the way the light bounces off the water or just how the air seems a bit cooler by the lagoon. Either way, it sets the scene for something special. I found myself just taking a minute outside watching the water move and honestly thinking I could get used to mornings like this.
Once you step inside, the scale hits you pretty quickly. There's a double height foyer right as you enter and at first it almost feels like too much space, but then you start to settle in. It's open and there are big windows everywhere, so you don't ever feel boxed in. The living area sort of stretches out in front of you and you cannot help but picture friends or family gathered around. It is a home that is designed for people who actually want to live in their spaces, not just look at them. The kitchen stands out for me. It is fitted out really well, and it actually feels like somewhere you'd want to cook for real, not just heat something up. You can imagine breakfast with the kids there or bigger dinner parties that spill out into the living room because it all flows so naturally.
If you explore a bit, there are a few surprises. For one, there is a private elevator running through the house. Maybe you are thinking that sounds a little over the top but honestly, on days when life feels busy or after a long week, it just makes everything easy. There's also a home theatre tucked away for movie nights. You really get the sense it is somewhere to unwind when the day is done. I also spotted a tidy wine cellar that is crying out for a collection and maybe the odd evening with friends, tasting something new. Fitness matters too of course, and there is a fully equipped gym so early morning workouts are pretty much built in.
And then that infinity pool. From certain angles it almost looks like the water just carries on into the lagoon. You can tell the outdoor area is made for long afternoons. Maybe a swim, maybe just relaxing while the sun goes down. The roof terrace adds another layer, if you ask me. Sometimes you get these city views but with enough peace that you forget you're so close to Downtown Dubai. On weekends, I imagine sunset drinks up there, maybe even a barbecue or two with the breeze coming off the water.
There's more to living here than just the villa itself. Sobha Hartland as a community is honestly built for slowing down and enjoying what's around you. You've got green walkways, landscaped parks, and whenever I visit I always notice how the boardwalk along the water is never empty. People really use it. Early morning joggers or sometimes families out for a walk before dinner. The city is pretty close but not so close that you hear it or feel it pressing in. You get all the convenience without the rush. Downtown Dubai is a quick drive away, but most days you will probably be happy to just stay home.
This villa fits families, busy professionals, or honestly anyone who wants plenty of space and a bit of calm. There is a maid's room, and with the villa being vacant, you would not have to wait long to make it your own. At just over fifteen thousand built up area on a fourteen thousand square foot plot, the scale is impressive but not overwhelming.
The only way to find out if it really feels right for you is to come see it in person. If you just want to ask a question, or maybe walk through at your own pace, let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty dot com we just want your next move to feel as easy and comfortable as possible.
