Community Spotlight: The Springs

25 January 2023 Written by Staff Writer

The Springs is part of Emirates Living, the first luxury master planned community to have been rolled out in Dubai. The neighborhood, as the name suggests, brings a sense of calm and quiet, with lush greenery, landscaped lands and an over-abundance of blooming flowers. Springs is the perfect place for those who wish to enjoy nature at its fullest. In this blog, we shed light on the various other features of this beautiful community.

At a Glance

As part of Emirates Living, Springs is a gated community that is different from the rest of the 3 sub-communities due to the sheer amount of detail that’s been put in to create stunning natural landscapes. Simply gazing at the endless tufts of grass or the exotic fruit bearing trees is sufficient to fill anyone’s heart with joy.

In terms of residential options, Springs is home to over 4800 ultra-modern villas that provide mesmerising vistas of the endless landscaped lands spread across the community. The neighborhood also enjoys the reputation as one of the safest for pets.

Homes

As a self-contained community, the residential units are all in perfect harmony with the surroundings - offering a serene and quiet lifestyle - in stark contrast to the towering skyscrapers in the city. Clusters of villas and townhouses are divided into 15 sub-communities with eclectic design and aesthetics. The semi-detached villas are clad in soft cream and beige colors; and equipped with contemporary fittings. Archetype of the classic suburban lifestyle, Springs is aimed at young couples and families who wish to live a quiet and peaceful life in a nature-inspired gated neighborhood.

One of the key reasons why Springs attracts a lot of buyers is because of the price trends. A villa is available at AED 110,000, a 3-bed villa costs AED 250,000; while a 4-bed villa is priced at AED 156,000 annually. Similarly, properties are also reasonably priced. A 2-bed villa costs up to AED 1.4 million, and 3-bed villa for sale goes up to AED 2.2 million.
