You almost forget you are so close to downtown Montreal, but you are. That makes dinner plans or a quick trip into the city simple.

Privacy is good here. The villa is tucked away just enough that you do not hear traffic but still close to schools, good shops, and all those local spots that make Montreal special. And honestly, some evenings you will probably just find yourself sitting near a window watching the light change.
