Some homes just feel calm as soon as you walk in. That was my first thought stepping into this two bedroom apartment at Fairways West in The Views. It is up high enough that the air feels lighter. There is a nice view out over the park and the Dubai skyline. You really get a bit of everything here. Honestly I just leaned against the balcony door for a few moments before I said anything. You could spend mornings looking out as the city wakes up. If you listen, you might even hear the birds. Sometimes you catch kids down below riding their bikes through the green spaces. It makes the tower feel a bit more like a real neighborhood. 

The size stands out right away. You are looking at about fourteen hundred fifty eight square feet so everything has room to breathe. Both bedrooms are proper doubles and you notice pretty quickly that the natural light works its way in all through the day. People always say they will use their balconies and in this place I think they actually would. It feels private but not closed off.

You are right there on 5A Street and can actually walk to the Greens shops or just pop out for coffee. The swimming pool is pretty popular, usually in the summer you find some of the residents floating around and chatting in the afternoons. There is a fully equipped gym that actually gets used and it does not feel intimidating like some of those gyms in the city. Plus there is a multipurpose room and a play area for kids which means there is something for everyone. I know a few families here and they are always telling me the same thing. It just makes everyday life easy. 

Location is a big part of what makes The Views so special. You have got the Greens right next door, so it is like you have two communities at your doorstep. There are schools nearby which means you will see families around on weekday mornings and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery spots too. When I was there last time I bumped into a neighbor grabbing coffee downstairs, chatting with the barista like she does every day. You also get the calm of Greens Lake just a short walk away. Some evenings you will see couples walking or people running around the water. It is not just a place to live, it actually feels like somewhere you can settle in. 

Getting around is simple since you are near Sheikh Zayed Road which basically links you to everywhere in Dubai. If work is somewhere else in the city, the commute does not feel like a chore and you are close to hospitals and shopping when you need them. The building itself stays pretty tidy and secure. It is looked after by Emaar, which I have come to trust over the years, mostly because things get fixed and there is always someone around if you need help.
