Beachgate By Address, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour, Dubai

Some homes just have a kind of peace baked in, you notice it the moment you step out of the lift and feel the difference in the air. This two bedroom apartment in Beachgate by Address, perched up above Dubai Harbour, feels exactly like that. I walked in on a sunny afternoon and the light caught me right away, streaming in from almost wall to wall windows. The water sparkled all the way to Palm Jumeirah and you get these wide open views, not only of the sea but also the graceful lines of the marina. Honestly, it is the kind of place where you just pause for a second and look out, just because you can. Watching the clouds drift across the gulf or the city's lights glow as daylight fades, it sort of turns the view into something you get attached to.

I have been inside a lot of Emaar Beachfront apartments and this one, at 1383 square feet, just feels right sized for real living. The layout here works best if you want both ease and space. You come in to a big living and dining room that does not feel stiff at all, more like the kind of spot you throw your keys on the counter or have friends pop in for coffee. There is room for a big sofa and a dining table without crowding you and the best thing is you do not get that boxed in feeling. Sometimes when I am visiting in the afternoon, you see kids in the area running off to the private sandy beach or families out with prams and scooters. It is very much an everyday life place, not just a showcase.

The kitchen is actually part of the main living space and, for me at least, it feels like somewhere you could really get into cooking. Not a show kitchen, it is got solid counters, enough storage tucked away to keep it looking tidy, and a breakfast bar that seems made for lingering over coffee or a slow weekend breakfast. I noticed how the morning sun hits that corner, and it really would be a nice place to wake up slow with a book or just your phone left in another room. Storage is sometimes overlooked in Dubai apartments, but here it is thoughtfully worked in so you do not end up with clutter.

Both bedrooms feel genuinely private. You do not get people walking past all the time and there is a sense of real quiet. The master bedroom surprised me with its own balcony that looks right out onto the marina. I spent a couple of moments just letting the sea breeze in through the doors and it makes the mornings feel special. Closet space is decent—probably enough even if you have a habit of collecting shoes or bags—and the bathrooms are spotless with rainfall showers that feel more like treating yourself than just getting ready for work. The second bedroom is not just a token add on for marketing, either. It is almost as roomy as the main and catches plenty of natural light. You could easily make it a guest room or a home office if you are working from home some days. Friends will want to stay.

Living at Emaar Beachfront is about having the best of city and sea. From your door it is just a stroll down to a long private sandy beach, and on weekends you see early swimmers in the gentle waves or just families taking evening walks while kids make sandcastles nearby. There is a beautiful infinity pool with shaded cabanas that actually draws you out to spend time outside, plus a gym that looks right over the water so working out feels more pleasant. The kids play area looks well looked after, and you see neighbors chatting in the open spaces—a proper community.

Dubai Harbour itself is buzzing lately. Walk along those palm lined paths and you have cafes, little shops, and restaurants for every craving. You can catch the tram easily or drive out onto Sheikh Zayed Road in minutes so Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Residences, and Dubai Marina are always close. Yacht watching at the marina has become a bit of a pastime for me, and maybe it will for you.

For a two bedroom apartment at six million dirhams, brand new and off plan, there is a lot to like here without overpromising. In the end though, the only way to know if it feels like your kind of home is to come up and walk through. If you want a look or just have questions, I am happy to chat anytime. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we try to make finding home in Dubai feel a little more comfortable.
