This plot is one of the last chances to grab a piece of the Parkways which is that super leafy bit of Dubai Hills where families seem to plant roots and actually stay for a while. People wave to each other here and on weekends you tend to hear that sound of someone firing up a grill.

There are seven hundred stores anchored by big supermarkets plus cinemas and cafes that actually feel local not big chain. Makes getting errands done pretty painless. Kings Hospital London is right inside the community for anything medical related and the staff are genuinely friendly. Dubai Hills Park is honestly massive. Kids never seem to run out of things to do and there are cool shaded walkways for afternoons when the sun is strong. Sometimes I see people out there just reading or hanging out under the trees almost forgetting that the city is only minutes away.

The bones of this area just feel solid. People take care of their gardens. You hardly see trash on the ground. The place just has a lived in feel that is getting harder to find in newer parts of Dubai. I have walked clients through many communities and Parkway Vistas is always one of those places where people slow down and start talking about building something for the long term not just flipping.
