Question 1

What is the exact location of the villa, including neighbourhood or community name?

Accepted Answer

The villa is at Speerstrasse 34B in Uetliburg, within the municipality of Gommiswald in the See Gaster area of Canton St Gallen. You are up on the Ricken hillside here, so it feels very residential and green rather than like living in a town centre. Uznach and Gommiswald are still close enough for normal daily errands.

Question 2

How far is the nearest hospital or medical facility?

Accepted Answer

For proper hospital care, I would use Spital Linth in Uznach. It is the main regional hospital and has a 24 hour emergency department. Uznach is only a few kilometres from Uetliburg, so in practical terms you are looking at a short drive rather than having to travel all the way to St Gallen or Zurich.

Question 3

Where is the closest veterinary clinic or pet care centre?

Accepted Answer

Uznach is where I would normally go for veterinary care. There are established veterinary practices there, including Tierärztepraxis Pool, so you are not driving a long distance for routine appointments or emergency advice.

Question 4

What kind of view does the villa offer?

Accepted Answer

The view is one of the strongest parts of the property. The matching estate marketing describes panoramic views across the surrounding countryside towards Lake Zurich and the Alps. Because the house sits on the southwest facing Ricken hillside, you get a much more open outlook than you would from a lower village location.
