Some homes ask you to just slow down and take a breath. This four bedroom villa in Earth, Jumeirah Golf Estates, does exactly that. I remember stepping inside and pausing in the atrium hallway for a bit. Light pours down from above and when you glance through the glass floor you see the wine cellar below you. It feels like the kind of home where every detail was picked by someone who really cared.
You will notice straight away that the architecture mixes that old world Tuscan charm with clean lines and a kind of easygoing, modern feeling. The pitched roofs outside actually do stand out among all the other villas nearby. There is this mix of paint and stone that just fits together and makes you want to go and look a little slower.
As I wandered further in, I found the main lounge flows right into the dining space and kitchen, all open and bright thanks to big windows facing out into your private back garden. The kitchen does not just look showy either. It is got space for real cooking, right down to a staff kitchen tucked off to the side if you have people helping or just want somewhere to prep coffee quietly in the morning. And if you like having people stay over, there is a guest suite with its own bathroom down here that feels tucked away enough to give everyone some space.
One thing I love is this spot in the house where you can look out over the terrace and garden. The garden itself has this secret feeling because it is sunken below ground level with a really tall rear wall and a living green barrier of trees. You can tell whoever planned it was thinking about privacy. Even up on the terrace, the planters are huge and make the space feel more like a proper outdoor room than just a balcony. Sometimes you can hear the wind in the leaves early in the morning. I always notice that little difference if I open the doors and step outside.
For anyone thinking about family or even just space to chill out, the upstairs really surprised me. There is a master suite that actually feels like a mini apartment. Sitting area to read or catch the sunset. Two real walk in closets plus more wardrobe space. A bathroom that you will probably never want to leave after a long day. The other two bedrooms upstairs each have their own en suites too, and the detailing on the wardrobes and dressing table is actually something special. It is bright up there but also private, with none of that boxed in feeling that some villas get.
The basement is not just for show either. There is a real games room space down there. You can almost hear the sound of a pool table or laughter after dinner. Plenty of room for a home gym or your own spot for movie nights. There is even a fitted bar area in case you want to keep refreshments close while everyone gets talking. And if you ever need extra rooms for work or just hiding away with a good book, there are two studies. The laundry and powder room down there mean you are not always running up and down stairs either.
A couple more things I noticed as I wandered around. The flooring has this cool, laid back vibe with real Omani marble. It just feels different under your feet. Bathroom tiles are Italian and genuinely feel quality. All the fittings are from those brands you do not even need to look up. Even the AC grills and stair handles have these little black trims that just finish things off with a quiet touch of style. There is LED lighting under the stairs which makes evenings feel soft and modern at the same time.
Permission is sorted for you if you want to add a pool in the garden one day. There is also provision for an internal lift, which honestly is handy more often than you would expect. Some days you will want to just take the stairs though because it is almost cool in its own right.
What I like about Jumeirah Golf Estates is how peaceful it is. There is always a bit of greenery with the golf course never far away. Evenings are for walking and mornings often mean a friendly hello from a neighbor. The shops and coffee spots are a few minutes away so you are never really cut off but you get this wrapped up privacy all the same.
The only way to know if it feels right for you is to come and see it. Any questions or if you just want to walk through, reach out when you like. At LuxuryProperty.com we really just try to help you feel comfortable about your next move.
