The kitchen actually feels like somewhere you would want to do some real cooking with friends, not just warm up something quick. It is open plan and there is a big island where people always seem to gather. There are two different spots you could eat in which makes it comfortable if the kids are finishing homework or neighbors pop by for coffee. The villa has five real bedrooms so everyone gets their own space and two of those have bathrooms right next door to the gardens. It would be hard not to get out into the sun straight after waking up here.

Sometimes you almost forget the house is so big because there are little quiet places even beyond the main lounges. There is a library that feels perfect for long Sundays and a dedicated office if you do any work from home. Everything has been kept up and improved right up to this year so it never feels tired. You will notice thoughtful touches like the Lutron lighting or sturdy Technal windows. Comfort is sorted out. In the evenings sometimes you see families out for a stroll or neighbors chatting over the garden fence. It honestly feels at ease.
