The garden is full of fruit trees and rose bushes so you get a bit of colour and scent even when you are not expecting it. Pool heating is sorted so you can swim any time of year.

The location in Kızıltaş gives you one of the best views in Kalkan looking all the way to Snake and Mouse Islands without any interruptions. You are far enough up for peace but still just a short drive to the Old Town where you will find friendly coffee spots local shops and those rooftops everyone talks about. Taxis are always around if you want to skip the walk back up.

Dalaman Airport is straightforward to reach and takes around an hour and a half so getting here is not a headache at all.
