Parking is easy with two private spaces so there is no stress there. Security is good but it does not get in the way of living. I like how the whole place is just a bit set back from the busy parts of Muscat so you can relax but still reach shops or a coffee shop whenever the craving hits. Everything really does come together for a pretty balanced lifestyle here.
