The coffee shop downstairs is always busy but not too loud. You spot regulars. Sometimes you catch kids scooting in the central courtyard after school. The building security says hi to everyone and remembers your name which is a small thing but makes it all feel more like home. Walk outside and you have all kinds of shops and little places to get errands done. Covent Garden really is not far and the Tube is easy to get to. 

At 1042 square foot the size sits right in that sweet spot for easy living but still enough to have friends stay over. At this price for this apartment and for this part of London that just feels about right especially considering what you get with the community.
