Modern 2-bedroom apartment for sale at Kifisia Suites in Lykovrisi

Sometimes you walk into a place and you can just picture how life might feel there. That is a little bit how it felt when I spent time in this modern 2-bedroom apartment for sale at Kifisia Suites in Lykovrisi. Nothing pretentious about it at all. It just feels open and honest. Sunlight pours right into the living space. You notice it right away. I actually stopped and just watched the way the light moves across the floors in the late afternoon. You get that soft quiet feeling that makes you want to kick off your shoes and just sit for a while.

It is easy to see that the design is more about making life feel comfortable than anything else. The floor plan is modern and simple without being cold. The living area flows right into an open kitchen space. No maze of doors or anything awkward. Some people might want a huge gourmet kitchen but honestly this one just feels practical and real. There is room to cook a real meal if you want to. You could stand here with a cup of coffee in the morning and still talk to someone sitting on the sofa. It is one of those places where you can actually hear the birds outside if you keep the windows open and everything smells a bit fresher because there are so many green spaces around the community.

When you step into the bedrooms you will notice they both get really nice natural light. The windows are big. Sometimes I think you wake up a little happier in a place like this. You will not find a lot of built in storage or anything very fancy but sometimes that makes it easier to make it yours. You can picture where your things would go. Maybe put a desk by the window in the second bedroom or just use it as a quiet reading space. The apartment is unfurnished right now but I think that is kind of an advantage. It means you get to decide the look and the feel from the start instead of working around someone else's taste.

You will not find any upgrades or high tech gadgets here but everything is in good condition. It is not a showy place and it is not pretending to be anything it is not. You will also notice it is not vacant at the moment so you will need to plan ahead before moving in but that might even be better as it gives you more time to get your ideas together before you call it home.

At about 1093 sqft it feels roomy without being too much space to manage. Just enough. You could imagine having friends over for an afternoon or just enjoying some quiet evenings as the sun goes down over Lykovrisi. The building itself feels friendly. People say hello in the hallway. Kifisia Suites has this easygoing vibe. Outside you will probably see neighbours walking or kids riding bikes as the day cools off. The local coffee shop is never far and you are not so far from the main part of Lykovrisi for groceries or a quick dinner out.

The price is pretty good for this part of Lykovrisi. Especially with everything around feeling so peaceful and well looked after.
