Outside is where you start picturing parties or lazy weekends, maybe both. There is a full barbecue and bar area, a tennis court with artificial grass and night lighting you can play whenever you feel like it. Plus, you still have the option to build another villa here subject to approvals, which opens up a lot of ideas for the future.

Honestly, the best thing is how close you are to top golf courses, lovely restaurants, and shopping without all the noise. Some days you will just chill on the terrace but other times the whole of Estepona or even Marbella is right at your doorstep. It is all here and still feels sort of peaceful.
