Some places just have that wow factor when you step in. This one bedroom apartment at The Address Dubai Marina really caught me like that. Maybe it is the morning light spilling across the living room floor or just how everywhere you turn there are marina views that just do not quit. You look outside and the water almost sparkles right back at you. I stood by those floor to ceiling windows for longer than I meant to. It is really hard not to.

You walk in and honestly it is bigger than you would expect for a one bedroom here in Dubai Marina. The layout just feels easy to live in. What really got me was the balcony though. It is much larger than most. You can step out with your coffee in the morning or stay out with friends in the evening and watch the lights reflecting on the water. I noticed a few people in the building even use their balconies for small gardens or reading spots. The view changes all day. Some mornings you see boats moving out slow. At night it shifts and gets that city energy but always with calm water just below.

You will also have your own parking space so you do not have to worry if you like to drive yourself. But you really do not need to. The Metro is nearby and you have straight access to Sheikh Zayed Road if you are heading out. The thing I love most though is that Address Dubai Marina sits right on top of the Marina Mall. So getting fresh coffee groceries or even just walking into the cinema is never a hassle. Some evenings you see families out for ice cream or people just walking along the promenade and it feels like a good place to be.

And then there are the facilities. Residents get access to probably the best gym I have seen in a residential tower which is nice if you care about your fitness. Plus not just one but two pools and plenty of loungers where you can spend hours with a book or just listen to music. I have seen a few guests at the pool just kind of lose track of time. The concierge desk is always staffed and there is a definite sense of security. You do not get that in every building.

This apartment is also vacant so you could move in right now. Everything from the furniture to the finishes has been kept in excellent shape. You really would not need to do a single thing which just makes it all feel easy. Whether you are thinking of living here yourself or even letting it out as an investment you have options right away.
