Some places on the Palm just have a bit of calm to them and this two bedroom apartment in Shoreline really gave me that feeling the other day. You walk in and immediately you get how the space just flows. Honestly it feels bigger than I expected. Maybe that is because this is actually the largest layout of its type here. It is the kind of place where you find yourself pausing for a second in the living area and thinking how easy life could be when everything just fits right.
The living area stretches out with nice big windows letting in sunlight that makes the whole space feel open and fresh even on days when you want to keep things low key. The balcony is just off to the side and you can step outside any time of the day just to breathe in that Palm Jumeirah air or watch the world go by. I stood there for a while and could even hear a bit of laughter from the park below which just makes it all feel a bit homey. Actually there is another balcony off the master bedroom too so you get a small spot to wake up slowly with a cup of coffee or maybe just kick back in the evening after work.
Both of the bedrooms are en suite and come with built in closets. Someone actually thought about the space here and did not just pack in as many rooms as possible. There is plenty of room for a big bed and your things and it still does not feel crowded at all. The master bathroom has a clean simple layout. Nothing fancy but you can tell it has been looked after and it just feels private. The second bedroom is maybe for guests or a kid or even a work from home setup if you like to keep things flexible.
The kitchen sits kind of in between open and closed which is nice if you want to cook but still be a part of things in the main room. Actually it feels like the kind of kitchen you would actually want to use and not just leave sitting empty. There is enough space to try new recipes and plenty of counter and cupboard room for more than you think.
One of the best things about living in Shoreline is how simple life feels. You can walk down for a quick bite to eat or grab a coffee in the morning. Nakheel Mall and Golden Mile Galleria are so close that I kept noticing people just wandering over for groceries or lunch with friends. The amenities are genuinely all around. From shopping to restaurants and even healthcare, everything you need day to day is more or less a few minutes away. Plus if you have kids or are planning to, there are a couple of good international schools not far by car and it never really feels like a hassle to get anywhere on or off the Palm.
People in Shoreline Apartments actually use the parks and you often see families outside, especially as the afternoon cools off. It just feels like a settled community. Some apartments on Palm Jumeirah can be flashy but this one is more about being comfortable and relaxed. You can tell it has been lived in and that sort of makes it more inviting in a way.
The apartment is being offered vacant on transfer so moving in is actually pretty simple. You would not be waiting around for someone to move out or anything like that. I always think that helps it feel more like a fresh start.
To be honest the only way to know if this place feels right for you is to come and see it in person. If you have questions or even if you just want to walk through quietly let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we want moving home to feel comfortable from start to finish.
