Once I walked into the ice skating rink just to see if it was real and, yes, you really can skate in Miami. There is even a FlowRider if anyone is into surfing. If you want to get out for the day the house car is a Rolls Royce, which is probably just as smooth as it sounds.

Honestly the best part is how this space can be whatever you need it to be. Big family gatherings. Quiet evenings alone with music and the doors open. That rare place where you can have fun or just rest and reset. You never feel boxed in or overwhelmed. Even getting to the beach is a five minute walk at most. There are always little things to discover outside too. The coffee shop on the corner gets busy but the pastries are worth it.
