Makes cardio a little more bearable to be honest. The garage on the ground level is huge and not just for cars. I have actually seen people store a boat here which is not something you often get in Clifton. Plus there is even space for two separate staff quarters which is rarer than you think in this area.

You will also notice the quiet confidence of the tech throughout. Everything from curtains to lighting can be shifted with a button and you never really have to think about safety because security here is rock solid. That sort of ease is something you notice more the longer you spend time here. Evenings up on the roof with the garden are something special. You can see Table Mountain catching the last bit of light one way and the full calm ocean the other way. Sometimes you look down and spot surfers or kids running with kites on the sand. It is those little details that make Clifton different from anywhere else in Cape Town and this villa makes the most of it.

Local life is easy here too. A walk down to the beach is honestly not as far as it looks and sunset here is something you start to build the day around. The city centre is close enough but it never feels intrusive up here.
