Those little moments you only get in Clifton.

The bedrooms are all generous and do not feel crammed at all. The main suite faces the sea and the sound at night is just enough to help you sleep. If you love soft light and privacy you will like the automated blinds and the security shutters. That does make everything feel pretty safe. Each bedroom has loads of storage and you will notice how all the finishes are really done to a high standard. Even the en suite bathrooms are proper private spaces not just boxes with a tap. The property comes with four bathrooms in all plus a guest cloakroom for friends who just drop by.

You actually get two different living rooms here so if you have people over or someone wants to kick back somewhere quiet it just feels easy. The furniture is included so you do not have to fuss with delivery men or anything. Though you will need to bring your own art and bits and pieces if you want your own touch. And of course there is direct beach access so you basically have Moses Beach and all the Clifton sands as your backyard. Most apartments in Cape Town do not have that kind of shortcut. The building has top security too with a concierge always on duty so you can just relax more. If you ever feel like a coffee the local shops and bakeries are always close enough to wander on foot and sometimes you see neighbors pausing to chat along the way.

At the end of the day this is a place you cannot really understand until you have actually walked through.
