You can get to a cafe or a local restaurant pretty fast too. I will say, it is that kind of area where you always have some food spot or a decent coffee shop within a few minutes. I saw quite a few families heading out for ice cream when I last visited, which just feels nice. There are a few gyms close by as well, so you are covered if you like to stay active without driving all over town.

Being vacant makes it much easier. You can just move in without waiting, and honestly, that is a rare feeling in Dubai these days. There is plenty of space, just about twenty five hundred square feet inside, and the plot outside gives you more room if you want to set up a small garden sofa or play area for kids.
