About this property
Some homes just give you a feeling of calm the second you walk in. This four bedroom villa in the Islamic Clusters at Jumeirah Islands did that for me. Maybe it is the lake out back that shifts your mood or the way sunlight rolls through the windows in the morning but the whole place just feels easy. You get a moment to honestly stop and look around instead of racing on to the next thing.
So right away when I stepped inside I noticed how open everything feels. The villa sits right on the lakeside and yes you really do get that sense of water and green and sky just outside almost every window. If you have spent time in Jumeirah Islands you already know how peaceful it gets around here. Most mornings are so still you only hear birds or maybe a sprinkling system faint in the distance.
The kitchen here stands out and I am not just saying that. It is German built by Hacker with Miele appliances tucked in around you. There are two ovens which is handy if you actually like cooking real meals or tend to have people over. The fridge and freezer setup is impressive and you notice pretty quick you have enough space for party food or just that weekly shop for a big family. I opened a few cupboards just to check and honestly everything felt solid and laid out so you actually want to use the space. Not every kitchen is like that. You know how sometimes luxury homes still feel like somewhere people just eat takeaway? Not this one.
If you wander through to the master bedroom you will spot right away how it has been upgraded. The walk in wardrobe means just that. I am no fashion expert but it is the sort of closet people who love clothes will get excited about. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so you never get lines for showers in the morning rush and every one of those bathrooms has been redone with a bit of care. The master in particular gives you a real bathtub you can soak in plus dual sinks with lots of space to put all the little things people actually use. It feels private and calm even when the house is busy.
Light really does flow through this home. Big windows have been upgraded and you can tell. Sometimes you will just stop and watch clouds go by or see the sunlight move across the wood floors. At sunset the rooms kind of glow and if you look out over the lake you see the water take on all these colors. I stood in the garden for a few minutes and even without any furniture out there it just felt inviting. There are some mature trees so you get little patches of shade which is perfect for an afternoon with a book or just letting the kids run around. People walk their dogs along the water's edge here and it is just as nice to be outside as it is inside.
The maid's room is discreet and out of the way but not an afterthought. Some villas tuck this space in awkwardly but here it works for a live in or an extra bit of storage if you need it.
Jumeirah Islands is all about that slower pace of living. You have coffeeshops and groceries nearby. The main mall is a short drive but honestly it is the kind of neighborhood where people wave and you actually recognize your neighbors after the first week. Some evenings you see kids learning to bike or neighbors walking back from the little convenience store.
This villa is unfurnished so you really get to make it your own. The built up area is big at over five thousand square feet and the plot itself is over ten thousand so even with quiet moments you never feel boxed in. I think that is rare in Dubai especially with these waterfront views.
Best way to see what I mean is just to come walk through. Sometimes a home feels right right away and this one might surprise you. If you want to take a look or have any questions just reach out when you are ready. At LuxuryProperty.com we want finding your next place to feel as relaxed as life in Jumeirah Islands.
