You can dress up if you are in the mood or just grab a table outdoors and watch the boats.

What stands out here, though, is how easy it feels to live in this spot. You can get up in the morning and jog along the water. Or just take things slow and sit with a book on the balcony. It never feels rushed. Sometimes you will see kids biking down by the promenade in the evenings or someone walking their dog.
