Honestly, you forget you are only a quick drive from Downtown Dubai because here you mostly hear birds in the morning instead of traffic. This villa faces right onto parkland, not a busy road, so you can actually sit outside and just let time pass. One more thing. Even with all this space it is easy to get to where you need to be. The Mall, schools, medical center, a couple of really good coffee shops, they are all near enough, but not right on your doorstep.
