The beach clubs are only a few minutes away if you want to mix things up and Nakheel Mall is close enough that you do not really need to plan ahead just to grab something or meet someone for coffee. The neighbourhood is actually peaceful most times of day but you do see people out and about so it never feels isolated.

Sometimes at the end of the day you look out from here and remember just how close the sea is. That is part of living on the Palm but here it honestly feels even more relaxed and private.
