Some places just feel right even before you turn the key. This two bedroom apartment in Collective 2.0 Tower B at Dubai Hills Estate does that for me. You get that first impression where it feels open and relaxed not showy or stiff and somehow welcoming even when it's totally vacant like it is right now. I'm standing in the main living space and the place is flooded with light. That tends to happen with these apartments the windows just pull in the brightness from every direction. You almost get a little lost in it and it makes the whole place feel bigger than the 721 square feet you see on paper.
I always like walking through here because nothing feels fussy or too uptight. There's something about the way the living and dining blend together that makes it easy to see this as a real home and not just a rental box. Sometimes I stand by the window for a minute and spot the Jacaranda or even hear a bit of morning quiet from the garden area below. It's a good spot to pause with a coffee and just watch life go by.
The kitchen is open probably set up for someone who actually cooks a bit and not just relies on takeout. It sits against the wall so you can keep up with that conversation or with your playlist and you're never cut off from what's going on in the rest of the apartment. There's room enough for a little breakfast setup if you like an early start and even if you're just hurriedly grabbing cereal before a Zoom call. It all feels unfussy and honestly quite easy to live in.
Your bedrooms are set a bit apart from the living space and you'll probably notice that even when you close the door there's still a little of that fresh Dubai Hills Estate air sneaking in through the windows. It just feels quiet inside which is worth something after a long day in the city. The main bedroom isn't massive but it fits what you need with space for a good bed some real storage and if you're like most people probably a chair where every piece of clothing you tried on ends up. There's a second bedroom which sometimes ends up as more of a work from home space or guest room. Either way the layout gives you options without crowding anything.
Collective 2.0 does things differently. Downstairs you'll always see a few people connecting in the open coworking areas or relaxing with a book in the communal lounge. Sometimes you hear a bit of laughter from the games room and the gym is just steps away not somewhere you'll forget exists after you move in. Plus honestly it's hard to talk about Dubai Hills Estate without mentioning the greenery. It's all around you and I notice people walking dogs in the evening or just sitting out for some air. The park is big enough for a run or some yoga if you want space and you're not far from the Dubai Hills Mall if you feel like being out and about. The bike trails are actually fun here not just an afterthought and you get that real sense of community on weekends when people just slow down a little.
This apartment is totally vacant so you're not waiting on anyone to hand over keys. It's unfurnished which I think is great if you want to make it your own. Price wise at one hundred twenty four thousand nine hundred ninety nine AED you're not over the top for Dubai Hills Estate and you get to be part of something that feels a little like a hidden gem. The Collective towers have got a younger vibe and you'll meet people who really like calling this spot home.
The only real way to see if this vibe fits you is to walk through and see how the light hits in the afternoon. If you've got questions or you just want to poke around and see what it's really like I'm always around. Reach out any time and we can make it feel easy. At LuxuryProperty.com I want your next place to feel just right.
