There is a gym that sees a fair few regulars and actually opens up onto a nice outdoor space so you do not always feel stuck indoors. Downstairs, life is pretty easy too. Getting breakfast or a coffee in the morning takes about five minutes and you are never more than a walk from somewhere you recognise. Souk Al Bahar is pretty close if you ever feel like a weekend stroll or a last minute treat after work. On Fridays you sometimes see folks heading to the Boulevard cafés and every evening the city starts to glow a little differently.

For getting around it is hard to name a place better than Downtown Dubai. Taxis are always near and Dubai Mall Metro is not too much of a walk if you ever want to skip parking altogether. Commuting or running errands just feels simpler from here and honestly you save so much time. At night you come back and everything locks right back into place. Secure entry works exactly like it should. The lifts are quick and reliable which is not always the case in every tower and if you have guests they usually comment on the lobby being so open and well lit.

You really only get a sense of this two bedroom apartment by walking through in person. Photos and words miss a bit.
