Some homes just have that real city feeling and you notice it right away. That is definitely true of this 1-bedroom apartment for rent at City Walk Residential Building 25 in City Walk. When I first stepped in it almost made me pause for a second because the light just pours in and you get that open kind of space you do not always expect from a city apartment. Seriously the whole living area has huge floor to ceiling glass so you catch glimpses of the Dubai skyline through every window and somehow the place feels bigger than you think. Even though it is called a one bedroom apartment the open kitchen and living area makes it feel much more spacious. I remember just standing by the window with a coffee and watching the city go by below. It feels easy to picture yourself actually living here whether you are working from home or coming back after a long day.

You will notice that nothing feels cramped or awkward. The design flows in a way that makes every bit of sixteen hundred square feet usable. There is no wasted space or weird corners. It is all laid out for real living not just to look pretty in photos. The kitchen honestly surprised me. So many apartments have those awkward small kitchens but this one is set up for you to actually cook. There is plenty of storage so you never have to worry about where to put your pots and pans. The open plan means you can chat to friends or just keep an eye on the TV while making dinner. It feels relaxed and practical at the same time.

The bedroom is quietly tucked away and gets great morning light but the thing that actually stood out most for me was how quiet it is inside. You would not expect that in the middle of City Walk but somehow it just works here. I sat for a bit and it felt genuinely peaceful so you can imagine getting a good nights sleep or just unwinding without any city noise bothering you. There is a big built in closet which is great if you like things neat and organized. The finishes are modern but not over the top just clean lines and a soft neutral feel that makes it easy to add your own style.

The amenities here are honestly a treat. The residents pool is something you will probably use more often than you think because there is a view across to the Burj Khalifa and at sunset it just feels a little special. If you are into fitness the gym is much better equipped than most and there is never that crowded feeling. Each apartment comes with a private parking spot which you will definitely appreciate if you have lived anywhere else in Dubai. Sometimes you see families heading out for an evening walk or neighbors stopping for a quick chat in the lobby. City Walk has its own sort of vibe.

Living in City Walk means you are steps away from boutiques great restaurants and those weekend coffee shops that actually feel like local spots. You do not need a car every day which is honestly rare in Dubai. When I was last here I saw people out on the boulevards with ice creams even a few kids riding bikes in the evening. The community itself feels active and safe but not noisy. Grocery stores gyms and even pop up markets on weekends are close. It is not just a place to live it has a small neighborhood feeling in the middle of the city.

This one bedroom apartment in City Walk Residential Building 25 is vacant right now so you could move in without waiting. The built up area is around sixteen hundred square feet which is actually more than you see in a lot of the newer buildings. The rent is set at one hundred and ninety seven thousand dirhams which for this location and space feels fair with today's market. Plus you are right in the middle of Dubai close to Downtown DIFC and Jumeirah. Sometimes you see people jogging on the paths or grabbing a coffee before work. Everything really is close by.

Really the best way to know if this feels like home is to walk through it for yourself. If you want to ask anything or just see it in person let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we understand your next move should just feel comfortable and right. You will know when you step inside.
