About this property
You know how some places just make you want to slow down for a minute and see what it feels like to live there. That is what I got when I walked into this Spacious 1-bedroom apartment for rent at Burj Daman in DIFC. There is just something about it. Right from the entry you have this sense of space that you do not always find in the city. Sometimes you want to step out for work or meet friends downstairs. Sometimes you want to just stay home and not do much at all. Here you can do a bit of both. It is easy.
The kitchen is open and you might catch yourself actually thinking of cooking even if life gets busy. The counters are sleek but not too flashy. Appliances are all fitted in and ready to go. I noticed there is plenty of room to move around which is not always the case in some of the smaller flats in Dubai. You could whip up something simple or just have takeaway while sitting by the window. The living area is really comfortable. Natural light just pours in most of the day. I stood by the window for a bit and watched a little of the city moving below. It is not the tallest place in town but you still get that Dubai energy out there and inside it just feels pretty quiet.
Bedrooms can sometimes feel cramped in apartments but not here. You have got a good amount of built in storage plus the bed fits nicely without the room feeling full. You can actually move around which helps a lot after a long day. The bathroom is modern and honestly it feels like more of a space you want to use— not just something you have to use. Clean lines. Good size mirrors. Also that soft kind of hotel lighting that just makes mornings a little better.
Another thing about Burj Daman is the location. DIFC is one of those communities where almost everything you need is right there. Some of Dubai's best coffee spots and restaurants are right around the corner. You could meet friends after work without driving halfway across the city or just leave your car and walk for a change. Even on weekdays people here just seem to have more energy. Sometimes you see folks jogging in the evening or catching up on calls while grabbing a sandwich downstairs. You never really feel left out of the action but you can also find your own space when you want it. Plus DIFC is close to Downtown Dubai if you feel like heading to the Dubai Mall or checking out the fountains on a weekend. Metro is down the street so you do not have to deal with traffic if you do not want to.
The apartment itself covers about 962 square feet. Which does not sound huge on paper but honestly when you are inside it just feels open. There is nothing wasted and no random corners you will never use. Air conditioning works well which matters more than people admit in the Dubai summer. I also noticed the cleaning staff in the building are always around. There is a little gym downstairs. It is not showy but it gets the job done if you just want to get in and out.
Mostly though it is just the feeling you get. This is not one of those places where you are looking out at the world wishing you were somewhere else. It is good for the person who wants city living but does not want to feel stuck. The rent is set at 150000 which is about what you would expect for a place like this in DIFC. And the best thing is you would be moving into something that does not just look good on a brochure but actually feels like you could make it your own.
If you want to walk through or just get a feel for it in person let me know. That is really the only way to see if it is your spot. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want it to feel comfortable at every step.
