Plus the supermarket and pharmacy are right around the corner so you do not need to worry about those quick errands.

The transport is easy. Metro and tram stations are close enough to walk to on most days which is handy if you are heading up into the city or just want to cut down on driving. Even the taxi usually pulls up within a few minutes.
