Some homes just make you breathe a bit easier from the start. This three bedroom townhouse in Cherrywoods, Dubailand is exactly that. When I went in, before anything else, I just stopped and took it all in. There is a gentle light in every single room, the kind of natural brightness you only get when the architect really thinks about where the windows should go. It feels open in here, every bit of fresh paint still actually smells new because no one has lived here before. Nothing is worn or tired, nothing is waiting to be replaced—just a blank slate waiting for your own story. You find yourself quickly picturing the way your own favourite things might fit, or even eyeing that corner by the window where a little reading chair would feel just right.
With three bedrooms and a maid's room, laid out over 2232 square feet of built up area, there is so much room to move around without feeling boxed in at all. Upstairs, the main bedroom faces toward the Burj Khalifa. I caught myself actually standing there just looking out, because even though Dubailand is a busy place, you get this calm sweep of city skyline in the distance. It makes you feel connected to downtown without being right in the middle of all that noise. The other bedrooms, honestly, would work for anything. Two kids works, or maybe one is a study, and there is more than enough space for guests to stay comfortably. One of the nicest surprises for me was stepping out onto the small private balcony. Early in the day, if you stand really quietly, you actually hear birds more than cars. It is a small thing, but it says a lot about the atmosphere here.
The living area is honestly bigger than I was expecting. You walk in and just want to cross the room a few times, more than enough space for a long sofa or a big dining table for those slow weekend lunches. It is easy to see how life happens in this room, whether it's spilling popcorn everywhere during movie nights or just stretching out with a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen actually feels like a kitchen you'd want to use. So many places are designed just to look modern, but this one has enough real space to cook for a whole group, with clean countertops and enough cabinets that you are not running out of places to stash your favourite pan. Plus the maid's room is tucked away, barely noticeable but practical if you need a hand around the house.
Downstairs looks out onto a little garden that honestly surprised me with just how private it feels. The plot comes in at 1937 square feet, so there is enough green space for kids to play, to set up a barbecue, or maybe just putter around with a coffee and do some gardening. You do not feel overlooked, but at the same time, neighbourly life is close by. Cherrywoods really does have that community feel—kids actually still play on bikes in the evenings, and sometimes you catch someone waving with their dog from a tree lined path.
From the street, Emirates Road is just moments away so the commute anywhere in Dubai is quick. Whether you are headed to Downtown, Jumeirah, or out for dinner in City Walk, it is all within reach. But honestly, the best thing about Cherrywoods for me is how it slows life down a bit. After the noise of the city, there is a calm that settles in when you walk back through your front door. On weekends, you find coffee shops close by, there are green parks hidden between the homes, and grocery stops are never stressful.
With the home being vacant, it is ready for you to move in anytime. Cherrywoods is not just about the townhouse—it is the whole experience of living with this balance between Dubai energy and home comfort. At LuxuryProperty.com, my only advice is to have a proper walk through and see if it feels right for you. If you want to chat or arrange a visit, just let me know anytime.
