There is a playground not far off and walking trails all through the neighbourhood. I have seen people cycling in the evenings and stopping for a quick chat outside their houses. If you play golf the Dubai Hills Golf Club is not just for show here. It is good for both beginners and proper golfers and you have views back across the community while you play. The new Dubai Hills Mall is up and running too. It is comfortable to walk around and honestly the coffee shops there for a quick meetup with neighbours or friends are really laid back. You even have two schools in the community plus a hospital that is actually well reviewed. That adds a quiet bit of peace of mind if you are moving with family.

Out front there is space for two cars. I have noticed some people even use it for bikes or a basketball hoop for the kids. Even if you are just looking at this as an investment I feel the Maple townhouses at Dubai Hills Estate always get interest because so many families want this lifestyle but do not want to wait for the new phases. You really can sense why it is one of Dubai's most popular new communities.
