The extra annex is not just an afterthought. It is a real home with a living room, a good sized kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The style is simpler but still feels modern. It is great if you want to host guests or maybe just need separate space for family.

Around it all the garden just goes on. Plenty of greenery and spots to sit. There is even a lemon house out there for the winter so your plants do not feel the cold. The approved plans for a swimming pool look beautiful. You get a gentle staircase down to a wooden patio and there will be an outdoor shower too. The design fits the style of the house but also the Tuscany around you. You look out and remember why you wanted to be near Florence in the first place.

Honestly places like this do not come up all the time. Especially this close to Florence which is just fifteen minutes by car when you need to get into town.
