The sun was already up and light was pouring through those big windows across fresh white tiling. You could hear a little breeze outside and honestly you almost forget you're in the city at all.

This one is a fully upgraded villa and you feel the care that has gone into it. It sits on a pretty generous eleven thousand square foot plot so right away you get this sense of space you do not always find in Dubai. The garden is actually a place someone has loved for a while. Sometimes you'll notice birds sitting by the pool or a group of kids biking home from school along the pathways outside. That pool outside is inviting whether you like it hot or chilled since you can have both. I walked the edge and noticed the outdoor kitchen which is not just a spot for a quick burger. It is not far at all to local groceries or coffee shops plus you are tucked away enough that it feels residential not busy.
