BackWith beach and waterfront communities seeing a massive increase in popularity, and with property prices for such properties also seeing sizable growth, it is no surprise that Emaar Beachfront is fast becoming one of the most sought after communities in Dubai.
With that being said, there is currently not enough stock to satiate current demand, which has resulted in bidding wars amongst buyers, pushing average property prices 5% above the asking price.
Despite the increase in value, Emaar Beachfront still remains one of the most affordable beachfront projects in Dubai. As such, demand for the community is expected to maintain its growth.
