If you like a bit of nature or need space to think you can wander the landscaped walkways in peace. The noise from main roads almost fades away and yet if your friend calls you from a mall or the beach it is just minutes to get there. Couple of times a week you will notice a neighbor walking without their phone just to take a breather. It really is that kind of mood around here.

When it comes to the practical side, there is plenty of visitor parking. Nobody ever complains about trying to find space if you have guests. You get basement parking too, which absolutely makes a difference in Dubai summers. Best of all the beach is just a short walk away. You wake up and feel like going for a swim before breakfast, that is possible.
