On a clear day you spot the Burj Al Arab and more boats than you can count crossing the blue. Sometimes when I am here I just stand by the window and maybe space out for a while or watch the birds riding the sea breeze.

His and hers bathrooms mean you get your space, and everything feels clean and new. If you sleep with the curtains open, you might wake up to a sea view without even moving from bed. 

Move outside and it just gets better. I hung out under the pergola last time and the breeze almost made me forget I was still in Dubai. It is set up for barbecues or just sitting late and catching up with friends. Dubai's weather is one of those things you learn to love, especially with the right bit of shade and space outdoors. The pool is steps away and you can wander down to the shoreline anytime. Sometimes you see kids playing or people starting their morning walks. The vibe is always relaxed, nothing forced. 

The villa is properly set up for modern living too. It is a smart home so you can control lights or temp even if you are already lying in bed. That makes things feel easy. Plus, being in Palm Jumeirah's Garden Homes whatever you need is close. There are shops and cafés around the corner, and it is never boring seeing what is new nearby. People care about their space here and most days you see gardeners or someone washing down their jet ski. 

If I am honest, there are plenty of villas for sale in Dubai but this one has a different pace to it. It is a big plot, just over seven thousand square feet, but it never really feels intimidating. The built up area feels just right. Sometimes you almost forget your phone for a bit and just get into the rhythm of the place.
