Elegant Villa with Five Bedrooms in Lila, Arabian Ranches 2, Dubai

You know how sometimes a place just makes you slow down for a second when you walk in? That happened to me the first time I visited this five bedroom villa in the Lila community in Arabian Ranches 2. It is the kind of home where you catch yourself wandering from room to room and noticing things like how the light falls across the floor in the late afternoon or how peaceful it actually sounds inside even though you are so close to everything in the neighbourhood.

Right from the start you can tell this villa is nicely tucked away but still near the heart of the community. The pool and the park are just around the corner so you will see families headed out with floaties or kids riding their bikes when the sun is not too strong. To be honest it just makes the whole area feel lived in and friendly. The manicured landscaping along the street outside is something you notice first, honestly it is one of those little details that makes coming home at the end of the day feel that much better.

This particular Lila Type is not one that comes up very often and when you walk inside you start to see why. The front entrance feels good and there is space for two cars under the covered parking so you do not have to think twice about the weather. If you have more friends or family coming over the driveway easily takes a couple more cars so parking never really feels like a headache here. The main bedroom has an en suite that is actually a nice size so you are not bumping elbows in the morning and there is a walk in closet for those days when you need some extra storage. Honestly it is the little balcony that makes it for me. I remember stepping out one morning and watching the sun come up over the back garden.
