There is a local coffee shop nearby plus The Farm restaurant which is popular with nearly everyone who lives in the area. You also have access to wellness facilities which a lot of people actually use and when you look up sometimes you get a real view of the Nad Al Sheba Nature Reserve just nearby. That makes you feel like you are not far from real green space right inside Dubai
