Most Beautiful House Design in Dubai

In one of last week’s posts, we explored how the world’s approach to interior design was changed as a result of the Covid pandemic. Bolder colours, a combination of form and function, and purpose-built spaces for home working and studying are some of the key trends that we will be seeing this year. Some of Dubai’s finest homes are a bit ahead of the curve in that regard, featuring an incredible sense of design.

As the only neighbourhood in JGE to contain villas that are fully bespoke, Wildflower offers quite a wide selection of aesthetics to choose from. This house is particularly breathtaking, with a charming Italian-inspired exterior and interiors that are straight out of a modern country mansion. It is laid out over three floors, including a sizeable basement and underground parking.

This one-of-a-kind villa has been upgraded and extended by the current owner, and has won awards for its gorgeous design. The interiors feature some truly fantastic works of art, as well as furniture and interior elements from the Zaha Hadid home collection. There are handcrafted wood pieces as well, including a pool table and bar. The back garden and pool deck is another example of stellar design, with views out over the Arabian Gulf.

This gorgeous family home in Emirates Hills is set on a quiet street nestled in greenery, and has an earthy architectural aesthetic that is complemented by beautiful modern interiors. Each room feels truly grand, not only because of the vast amounts of space, but because of the way the space has been utilised. The home also features a beautiful garden and pool space with play area for children and a glass-walled gazebo.

Another villa in Entertainment Foyer that has won accolades for its design, this home in Jumeirah Islands is just magnificent. This home makes excellent use of textured walls and complementary colours to create a beautiful sense of harmony in each space. Whether you are in the foyer or in one of the spa-like en-suite bathrooms, it will be a treat for the senses. The pool deck, framed by palm trees and featuring a Jacuzzi, looks like it’s part of a five-star resort, adding to this villa’s incredible aesthetic.

5. Parkway Vistas, Dubai Hills Estate

This villa in Dubai Hills Estate has been completely upgraded by Made in Italy 360, a design studio based in Northern Italy. Every element of the home is fully bespoke, with artisans being flown in specially to help with the design. The works of a famed silk artist from Milan adorn several of the rooms, and the list of materials, which includes zebrano wood and 24 karat gold, is as extensive as it is exquisite. The outdoor space of the villa is just as spectacular, with iroko wood and Travertine limestone, custom lighting and a cigar lounge.
