Some homes just pull you in right from the lift doors and this three bedroom penthouse at Tiara Residences on Palm Jumeirah really had that effect on me. There is something about the light in here honestly it is the first thing you feel. You come through the entry and the windows open up to this sweeping dual sea view that makes everything else drift away. There is a little private garden space as well plus a jacuzzi which honestly feels like a real treat on Friday nights or after a long day. Concierge actually comes in handy when you need parcels sorted or small things taken care of. Sometimes you even notice they remember regulars which is nice. Location probably deserves a mention on its own. Tiara Residences is at this nice quiet section of the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. You would be amazed actually at how close you are to the good stuff. Nobu is just down the road and honestly if you want a change from cooking you could be at Atlantis or Nakheel Mall in minutes which matters when you do not always want to drive far. The International School of Choueifat is close by if you have kids and even getting to the airport is never stressful.

What I like most is that this apartment feels lived in but still fresh. It is vacant now so you can move in as soon as you feel ready no waiting around or trying to time your lease. I have seen families here and sometimes couples who just like the quiet and the sand. Some neighbors have told me Saturdays are the best with everyone out and about. The coffee shop is a short walk too which is a small thing but nice.
