I walked into this three bedroom duplex at Parkside Views in Dubai Hills Estate and found myself slowing down, just letting my eyes wander all over the place. Sunlight seems to find its way into every room, which really changes the vibe right away. There's this easy flow from one spot to another and before long you realize it does not feel like a typical apartment at all. It is more like a real home where you might actually bake on a Saturday morning or just flop onto the sofa with the windows open to the park breezes. 

It is hard not to notice those terraces. They kind of pull you outside every time you pass by. Just over 2,506 sqft gives you proper space to breathe, so even with three good sized bedrooms plus the open living and kitchen area, there is never a sense of having to compromise or shuffle around furniture. You will notice the kitchen is not just a showpiece either. I could easily see myself cooking up something real here, not just reheating takeout. There is enough storage and countertop space to actually use and a natural flow into the living and dining which makes having people over feel easy. 

This part of Dubai is a bit of a sweet spot. You are kind of in between everywhere—Dubai Marina is only fifteen minutes away, Downtown Dubai is even closer, and when you need to head to the airport it is much less of a mission than you might think. For families, it just works. Schools are nearby. Health clubs, places to get your groceries or grab a coffee, even Dubai Hills Mall is up the street. Weekends can mean breakfast at a café, grabbing some essentials, then heading over to the golf course or just lazing in the park. Sometimes you almost forget your phone and that is sort of rare these days. 

Parkside Views is also one of those places where you never feel boxed in. High ceilings, those floor to ceiling windows, and the way the outdoor spaces just flow into the living room—it gives you that outside inside kind of feeling. There is this balance here between privacy in your own space and the sense that the community is alive and always within reach. Plus let us be honest, having everything from green parks to gyms and pools right within the estate makes it easier to live a bit healthier without even thinking about it. 

You see a green view, maybe some skyline in the distance, but more than anything you just feel that space around you. If you like the idea of living somewhere that feels new but still has its own heart, I think Parkside Views could be just right.
