It actually feels like a little town sometimes you hear neighbours saying hello in the mornings and you will see families taking slow walks along the paths at sunset. I even saw a mom with her stroller heading down to the lake while someone else was sitting under a tree with a small picnic. You will notice everyone uses the green spaces here not just for show. 

Now the property itself is a proper three bedroom villa that is big enough for a growing family or anyone who just likes having room to breathe. I can easily imagine meals outside under the stars or just sitting out with a book in the shade. You barely hear any street noise either since it is tucked into a quieter part of The Springs. 

Stepping outside your door you get what people love about this community. If you are into fitness you have a gym close by and those community pools and tennis courts are real. They are never too crowded and you do see the same faces most weeks. The coffee shop in the main center is just a quick walk or bike ride if you prefer. Saturday mornings here are slower people linger over coffee. There are supermarkets nearby as well so you do not need to drive far for anything daily. Sometimes you even see kids biking or playing cricket on the grass late in the evening. People walk their dogs around the lake too and it really feels easy to settle into the routine here.
