If you love shopping or want a movie night out the big malls and cinemas are not far either. A lot of residents seem to like the mix of city energy and water views because it never feels overcrowded but you do not feel isolated. Sometimes you even forget your phone for an hour. And no kidding the security and staff here are top notch. Even deliveries or quick fixes get handled smoothly so it feels like you are being looked after without it being in your face.
