The master bedroom especially feels bigger than average with an outlook that is actually quiet instead of cars zipping past.

If you care about lifestyle outside your doorstep Springs 2 gives you pretty much everything for family life. Swimming pools are nearby which you notice because on sunny days you sometimes see folks heading out with towels over their shoulders. The park is honestly just steps away and sometimes you see kids biking round or just hanging with cricket bats and their friends. There are shops close by so even if you realize you need milk at night it's never far. For bigger days out the Meadows Village is close and there are always places close by for a morning coffee or to run an errand. Emirates International School is not too far either if you have kids thinking about schools. Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road are close enough that commutes never feel like a headache.

With a built up area that offers 2,258 sqft  you really do feel the room to grow here. The plot itself gives you plenty of garden space if you have a pet or just want to get your hands in the dirt at the weekends.
