If you need the Metro or just want to stroll down to Dubai Mall, everything's nearby. There's a constant pulse to the area but this apartment itself feels calming and sort of tucked away the minute you close the door.

I have to say, the apartment is vacant so it's just waiting for someone to move straight in. This one works if you want a practical place but still like that touch of style and connection to city life. Maybe you like the idea of meeting friends downstairs at one of the new coffee spots or maybe it's just sitting with a book on the balcony as the city glows at night.
