Overview

Mudon is a vast residential community located in the Dubailand district that stretches across the centre of Dubai. This gated community is designed for families, comprising low-rise homes amidst green surroundings and open spaces.

There are five main sub-communities of Mudon – Rahat, Naseem, Al Salam, Arabella and Mudon Views. The first four comprise villas and townhouses released across different phases, while Mudon Views is the community’s only apartment complex.

Mudon is home to the Jebel Ali School, one of the oldest schools in Dubai, offering a UK curriculum that goes until Year 9. Because it is in the very heart of Dubailand, Mudon is also in proximity to some other fantastic schools, such as the Jumeirah English Speaking School and South View School.

Shops

There are supermarkets within Mudon, but you can also find further retail options at the Ranches Souk in Arabian Ranches that sits across the road from the community. You also have nearby community centres in The Sustainable City and Damac Hills that offer further retail options.

Arabian Ranches Golf Course

This very popular championship golf course winds its way through the Arabian Ranches community, one of Dubai’s first family communities. A short drive will lead you to the course, where you can enjoy a game and relax in the clubhouse.

Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club

Located alongside Arabian Ranches and also a short drive from Mudon, this is the heart of equestrian sports in Dubai. It is particularly busy over the winter and spring months, when polo season is in full swing. If regular polo isn’t exciting enough, you can try a hand at camel polo instead.
