Some homes really feel a little different when you walk in, and this one bedroom apartment at BLVD Heights in Downtown Dubai is that kind of place. There is this soft hush when you open the door and then you just want to look out right away because those floor to ceiling windows really do frame the skyline with such a calm wow factor. I leaned on the glass for a minute and got caught up counting how many towers you could see just from the living room. The bedroom somehow still manages to be its own kind of private spot even though it flows from the living area. It has this tucked away feeling and lots of soft light and the closet space is not something you have to stress over. I actually sat down on the edge of the bed for a minute and closed my eyes because it just felt quiet. Security is around but not in your face and there is that feeling you can come and go at whatever time suits you especially if you have late meetings or want to catch up with friends at one of the coffee shops. Speaking of which you can find just about everything around here. There are plenty of dining spots just outside and when the sun sets you see people wandering out for dinner or a walk, sometimes you even catch a few kids on bikes. It just feels a bit like its own little urban world.

Living in Downtown Dubai gives you such easy access to the best of the city. Dubai Mall is no more than a stroll away even if you just want to grab some ice cream. The Opera is nearby as well and mornings are calm so if you are someone who likes to jog or just have a quiet start, there is never any trouble finding a patch of green at one of the parks.
