Bluewaters Island is a man-made island built off the coastline of Jumeirah Beach Residence, commonly known as JBR, offering a relaxed coastal lifestyle combined with exceptional urban amenities. There are luxury hotels, restaurants, beaches and residential buildings. The highlight of Bluewaters is Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel, which stands 210 m high and is a distinctive presence on the island. Another key attractions include Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, the second Caesars Palace property in the world after the famous Las Vegas hotel.
The residential offering at Bluewaters comprises apartments, penthouses and villas located around the island, with several of them bordering the beach and enjoying stunning views of the Arabian Sea. The buildings are surrounded by gorgeous landscaping.
A dedicated road leads to and from the island and there is a specially constructed 300-m walkway that provides pedestrian access. Bluewaters is in a prime beachfront district of Dubai, surrounded by popular areas such as JBR, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the upcoming Emaar Beachfront.
Bluewaters represents a new vision of island living in Dubai. It is designed for those who enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront while gazing out over panoramas of the sea. You can tuck into one of several gourmet restaurants and cafes that are also set by the water, or pamper yourself with the five-star services and excellent facilities of the Caesars Palace Bluewaters Resort.
The crowning glory of the island and a stellar addition to Dubai’s skyline, Ain Dubai is the largest Ferris wheel in the world.
