The day I visited, I noticed straight away how quiet it was even though you are actually so close to everything you need in the community. That is something you do not always find. You are also not far from the pool so popping down for a swim or watching the kids splash about does not require a big plan or packing up the car.

The location really matters here and you will notice the difference if you view in person. You are close to the main entrance so getting in or out of Mira is always straightforward. Groceries are nearby and the corner coffee shop is just a little walk away. Sometimes I saw families with bikes cruising past in the evening which says a lot about feeling safe in the area. It is easy to see why people stay in this part of Reem. Everything about it works especially if you are thinking about life outside the city rush but still want Dubai at your fingertips.

The home will be vacant on transfer which keeps everything straightforward if you do not want complicated timelines. Plus, this is a well maintained property. You can feel it in the way the floors are looked after and the garden is properly green.
