Maple at Dubai Hills is known for how friendly everyone is here. People actually stop and say hello. The schools are really good too and some of them are just a couple of minutes away. There are little coffee places and bakeries dotted around—nothing is far. Dubai Hills Mall is nearby as well if you are after shopping or an easy dinner out. 

The villa has already had all the maintenance done. Everything feels fresh and clean and you can tell it has been looked after. That makes moving in feel easy. It is completely vacant so you could bring your things around any time with no waiting. The keys are basically ready for you. The villa is just over two thousand four hundred square feet for living and sits on a plot over three thousand which is honestly a really good size for this area. The rooms do not feel cramped at all.
